Being 'stone walled' by MINIX support

    Recently purchased a NEO z83-4, contacted MINIX support in regard to very slow browser performance ( for all of them) and simply requested was Virtual Memory settings would they adivize trying, was told to get back to Amazon seller and ask for a refund.

    Have now tried several times to get a response, been dealing with some one called Nick (Nickliu) - totally ignored.

    Finding it very hard to find other contact details about from their standard web page support and address in Hong Kong.

    Would really appreciate being given any email addresses of other MINIX contacts and especially the name of the CEO of MINIX as very surprisingly is not to found any where on the Internet.
