Minix Neo C - No HDMI Output MacOS High Sierra

    I have been having intermittent problems ever since receiving the hub :( when I got my mac it had MacOS Sierra, and everytime I wanted to use an external monitor (Which I do every day) I have to remove the HDMI and re-insert which 9 times out of 10 would get it working

    Since updating to MacOS High Sierra this has completely stopped working :(. I have a wired connection which is detected and I plug in my charger into the dock which also charges the Mac. But no HDMI

    I pressume this is a driver issue of which I cannot find for High Sierra.

    Anyone else had this and know how to fix it please?!

    My MacBook Pro also has a similar issue sinnce I first got it but now the situation is chronic. After the latest mac update 10.13.1 the HDMI output turns to a blue screen after working for a short while. If I wake the MacBook from sleep the screen is blue. I use the external monitor daily but the adapter is unusable currently. Is a driver update planned? If not I want to return my device. Where do I send it in Europe for a refund?

    Is a driver update planned ?
    If not I want to return my device.
    Where do I send it in France for a refund ?

    I have the same temperamental issues.

    I used to think it was down to the order in which the hub was unplugged - if I unplugged the HDMI first and then the USB it seemed to work, but now nothing seems to work.

    I also experienced the blue screen on the external monitor for the first time yesterday, the power was plugged into the hub which I don't normally do.

    Still no word from Minix on this?

    Restarting the MacBook seems to get it working again....
